I’ve been a fan of Joel Barker for years. His “paradigm shift” teachings have had a huge impact on big organizations and startups . In this video, Joel talks about a book I read in November — Putting our differences to work — that impressed me with its relevant and straightforward ways to build leadership across organizations. Joel does a good job articulating the content in and value of this book. I recommend it to any leader interested in growing his or her organization.

I bought a 200$ epad with windows 6 from china but it’s just good for having/ showing the keys of songs
on my keboard for playing the Blues

Hmmm. This seems really just like a commercial for the Kindle. The fact that Kindle refuses to support ePub (thereby virtually ensuring that owners buy books ONLY from Amazon) is very much downplayed in this review. If having an open standard (actually, THE open standard in the e publishing world) is important to you, then the Nook or Reader are your only options.
