The Degrassi TV show is a Canadian drama that showcases the lives of teenagers who grew up close to the De Grassi Street in Toronto. This television series has aired in four parts over the years and the latest is known as the Degrassi: The Next Generation. The previous Degrassi shows were known as Degrassi High, Degrassi Junior High and the first one being The Kids of Degrassi.

The major difference between the two is with regard to the casting of the two shows. In Beverly Hills 90210 adults acted as teenagers and in Degrassi show teenagers formed the crew.
